When we were little, we heard many stories about Linh World from the elders. Among the folk tales, some are scary, yet someare very lovely and amusing.

Linh World is full of fascinations and its tales help our imagination grow vigorously. They were also our primary materials when we created this movie, — a movie inspired by the spiritual world of the Vietnamese. One of our biggest challenges lies in building an entirely new world from scratch in the movie. It took us 2 years to develop this world, including the environment, how it operates, its creatures, and other small details. After that, we started to build the first animated short to introduce the bustling life of this world. Since there are too many stories, we encounter another challenge of choosing which ones to tell.Vietnam is like a youngster in the animation field. We are still lacking human resources, techniques, and financial investment. We hope that this movie will blast a big wind of inspiration to the local and international animation community as well as enhance the trust in the animation field of Vietnam.

Trong chúng ta ai mà không lớn lên với một câu chuyện dân gian nào đó do ông bà kể lại. Có những câu chuyện hơi đáng sợ nhưng cũng có những câu chuyện lý thú không kém khiến chúng ta đi ngủ mà mắt vẫn sáng rỡ vì tò mò.

Việt Nam chúng ta có nhiều câu chuyện hay và hấp dẫn. Đáng tiếc chúng ngày càng bị lu mờ tron sự hội nhập với các nền văn hoá khác. Thông qua phim hoạt hình, chúng tôi muốn lan toả giá trị văn hoa Việt Nam, một cách đáng yêu, khéo léo bằng những câu chuyện.
